World of Beretta and McCain.

Friend sent me this e-mail..he contacted this show :

This a copy of an email I sent Beretta last night after work when I saw McCain speaking on "World Of Beretta" TV show. He was laying out his plan to close the Gun Show Loop Hole.

Why did Beretta show a segment on "The World of Beretta" featuring John McCain's unconstitutional intent toward our 2nd Amendment.
How dare you show support for a man who has publicly said, "the Gun Show Loop Hole must be closed?" The direction that John McCain has taken with the obvious support of Pelosi and the Liberal Congress will create yet another unconstitutional Gun Law, (number 22001 and counting.) Any law that can be worded to prevent free men from buying, selling or trading firearms will have to be so restrictive in nature and wording that it will prevent a group of men standing in barn in the middle of no where from discussing or attempting to trade arms. This is not an exaggeration. Other bills that were defeated in the past were worded this way. All this will do is give the BATF more unconstitutional reign to search and seize anyone they want without proper cause. It is obvious that Beretta thinks private citizens deserve only traditional "hunting rifles" and only the police and military should have battle rifles and combat pistols. Surely, you people are aware of the Jim Zumbo incident and Smith and Wesson's debacle. Just because the NRA supports McCain and he has a very questionalbe "R" by his name, is not reason enough for Beretta to sell themselves down the Liberal, Socialist river. If McCain purposes a bill or fails to veto a bill closing the so called Gun Show Loop Hole, I expect Beretta to condemn him and Congress for their un-American, unconstitutional, and illegal law. A copy of this email will be placed on the Gun Broker Discussion Forum under "Gun Rights."

    Bert,

    Your friend is spot-on and must be a good man.

    Confrontation of such namby-pamby action is critical, particularly when the offending/facilitating party is a gun company. It is simply unacceptable for them to endorse such and still lay claim to being pro-gun.

    Individual liberty is what it is. You are either for it, or not.

    It equates in that manner to pregnancy. You can't be a little bit pregnant, just as you can't support individual liberty a little bit.

    You do or you do not.

    Captain;
    5 years ago, this man..call him 'Dave'..was a Democrat and rather..shall we say..Liberal.

    He called me a Fascist for years....but he kept coming back and fighting. He was a handful..kept me on my toes thinking..and I thank him for that. Forced me to re-examine every belief I had..because he made a good argument.

    Today I am proud to say I would call him 'brother'..because there ain't nothing like a man that feels he has been made a fool of by the system.

    Dave has mentioned that he hates me...because never again will he be able to watch a politician or News report without wondering what they are lying about or hiding....
