California "Shall Issue" CCW: Here We Come!

    its about time you guys go on the offensive. give'em hell.

    if you guys can manage to get some of the laws there struck down it might help keep the laws out of our more sensible states.

    These are the things being done in California.

    We also need legal guns purchased out-of-state to be shipped here.

    As we build up our stock of commonly used guns, it makes it more difficult for the lawmakers to say that a certain gun is rare and bannable.

    Please reconsider anti-California sentiment and realize that your potential California customer needs your legal gun sale and shipment.

    This a laudable effort that I support. However, if current law is overturned, new even more ridiculous laws will be passed. The fundamental problem is slimy, low-life, stupid politicians and the idiots who continue to elect them. No lawsuit will fix that.

    People, please realize that when an anti-gun idiot is elected, it is not unanimous. It is usually the lazy who vote for the anti-gun legislator. They think that one more law will make it so they don't have to "bear the burden of guilt" for a gun crime.

    There are many here who are out-voted. Just as it was that Obama was not a unanimous victory.

    We need the rest of the country to sell us legal arms which we use to exercise our 2A right. When the anti-gun types in this state see that other gunnies in the US don't want to deal with us, they feel emboldened to pass idiotic laws.

    Our law suits actually need the purchase of guns to occur, to be seen as viable against these unconstitutional laws.

    Maybe California will relax gun laws and that spread across the nation. As goes California ... so goes the Nation! (lets hope!)
