In Illinois it is currently a felony to go shooting at someone's farm as an invited guest, among other very innocent activities. The land owner can legally have a loaded gun, but not guests.[:(!]
HB182 is currently trying to resolve this issue.

Its even a felony if you go next door to visit your neighbor and he hands you a loaded gun.[:(!]

It's true. A court decided that a man arrested for having a gun at a relative's house was guilty of UUW. Kind of like the way they "infinge" but now it's against their own laws.
