HR 45

I just got a letter from the nra today stating that they are needing money to fight HR 45, I know HR 45 had no sponsors and was not expected to make it out of committee. Does anyone know if HR 45 is up for a vote now, or is this just a desperate attempt by the nra to get money?

Has anyone heard about HR 45? I wa just reading about it and it doesn't sound very good to me.

This bill has been discussed, a couple of times. (as shown below)
It is not a threat........at this time.

But the NRA has been known to "recently" send info about this bill to members, trying the "boogie man" scare tactic to raise funds, using a basically DEAD BILL. Does this say anything about the NRA?
