Hello i will like to know how difficult it is to get a target or home permit for a handgun in new york city (queens) and is there a limit on round capacity for a semi-auto. thanks! [:)]

A handgun license in NY City is expensive and nearly impossible to get. NY State has a 10-round max for semi-auto handguns. Here are the instructions for a permit:
