I HAVE A RUGER 10/22 MADE BETWEEN 1981 & 1985 AND A FELLA IN CALFORNIA WANTS TO BUY IT AND ME SEND IT TO HIS FFL DEALER. IS THIS LEGAL ? I DONT WANT TO BREAK ANY LAWS.

    Ia the Ruger still in original condition with no bayonet lug or shortened barrell?

    Its a rimfire so bayo lug doesnt mater to the state of CA, so as long as its 26" or longer its good to go.
