12 Points of Gun Control

COBmmcmssCOBmmcmss Member Posts: 1,174 ✭✭✭✭✭
1. Guns only have two enemies right now. (Rust and Obama).
2. Know guns, know peace, know safety. No guns, no peace, no safety.
3. You don't shoot to kill; you shoot to stay alive.
4. 911: Government sponsored Dial-a-Prayer.
5. Assault is a behavior, not a device.
6. Criminals love gun control; it makes their jobs safer.
7. If guns cause crime, then matches cause arson.
8. Only a government that is afraid of its citizens tries to control them.
9. You have only the rights you are willing to fight for.
10. Enforce the gun control laws we ALREADY have; don't make more.
11. When you remove the people's right to bear arms, you create slaves.
12. The American Revolution would never have happened with gun control.

    1. Guns only have two enemies right now. (Rust and Obama). You forgot the republicans. If they had the guts, THEY would be announcing their latest gun control scheme..as did the hero mccain.

    10. Enforce the gun control laws we ALREADY have; don't make more.
    What a crock of snit.

Depends on how you look at it. If you start with 2nd Amendment, the rest of "laws" will simply disappear.

    Of course.
    However...
they''..the trfoxes, the nras, the government...gun controllers....NEVER look at the Second.

They just look at the present gun laws when they say things like that...

Well, it is their prerogative, and it is our responsibility not to let them subvert anyone to their corrupt beliefs.

The American Revolution was actually CAUSED by Gun Control. Armed confrontation occurred when Governor Gage sent troops to confiscate the arms stored at Concord.
It ALMOST started in Salem 2 months earlier when he sent Col. Leslie to confiscate arms stored in Danvers: he backed down when the Locals wouldn't let him and his troops cross the Drawbridge at the North River. (They actually reached a compromise to allow him to save face: they agreed that the bridge would be lowered and the Brits would march 100 yards beyond the bridge, turn around and go back to Boston and report they found no arms) Thus the "shot heard round the world" was fired in Lexington, not Salem.

Historically speaking you are 100% correct. Mind you, the allegory here is that we could not have revolted if the Brits had succeeded in confiscating our weapons.
