Selling a 1903 mauser and wondering if I can ship to anyone with a C&R or are there some restrictions? Thanks in advance.

What kind of "gun"? Rifle or handgun? Is it in its original configuration? Where are you shipping it to?

It's a 1903 Swedish Mauser 96/38B. Someone in California wanted to know why I could ship to a C&R there. That's if someone bought it from CA.

Normally a Person Can Ship a C+R Fire Arm to another C+R Holder without any problems.
Kalifornia is screwed up and has different Law's.
Your best bet would be to contact a Gun Dealer in Kalifornia for His advice on the matter.

It is my understanding that you can ship a C&R gun to a C&R holder in California but I would confirm that to be sure.
