I wish we could vote it and 90% of the other nonsense out as that might save our country from a coming 2nd Revolutionary War; however most legislation goes unheard of and passes quietly right in front of us and without our knowledge of which so that most is never voted upon by the nation. Only seldom are we thrown a scrap to vote on even though the gov will manipulate it anyway and place whomever or whatever in power that they so choose, progressive collectivism at its best.

And because it is a treaty it usurps the Constitution.

Signing the treaty is treason against the Constitution.

NAFTA and GATT were signed by the traitor clinton and now serious pollution and destruction of the economy cannot be addressed in a US court, under US law consistent with the Constitution.

All disputes under treaty are resolved by a tribunal, a military court. That tribunal will not be comprised of people with allegiance to the Constitution.

All gun owners in America should sign a petition demanding impeachment if such a treaty is signed by a US president, with automatic nullification of the signature, which copies are legally served upon senators and congresspeople. The proofs of service and the petition should be on a web site and PUBLIC NOTICE of the petitions and website url placed in local newspapers.

All organizations existing to protect Constitutionally guaranteed gun rights should join together and be impelled to do this immediately with their monies collected from the public. If they won't do it, that is fraud.

That is a lot of "shoulds". Is there any reason anyone here should understand and recognize the functionality of this suggestion?

So they really think that we are going to allow for u.n. foreign countries to 'extradite' U.S. Citizens for violating their u.n. nonsense treaty and place them into foreign prisons I think not, they are out of their minds.
It's bad enough that we have to deal with stupid anti-Constitutional legislation here in our own country by our own government, the ones that take oaths to uphold the Constitution and fail to do so, but don't mind compromising it away.
There is no way in hell that we are going to tolerate any u.n. legislation here in our Republic, this isn't their war or their country.

The UN is failed just like the League of Nations that preceded it due to the corruption of the world.
We need out of the UN. Its a puppet institution and a paper tiger. All the world knows it.

The U.S. is by default the only real enforcement arm that the U.N. has at its disposal. If this is signed, and enforcement against U.S. Citizens is implemented, it will not be foreigners knocking on our doors. They will be AINO's. (Americans In Name Only)
