Who Guards the Guards: Mayor in New Mexico?

Did you read that a mayor, as well as the chief of police, in a border town in New Mexico have been with running guns to Mexico? I ask, who guards the guards?

    The Feds are usually called in to State related issues. In this case the State would first look in.

    Imagine the corruption here if larger is being watched on both levels.

    I used to cop with the chief (angelo Vega) when he was a deputy in Lincoln Co. NM. He was an * and trouble in the late 80's and I see he still is. Wouldn't piss on his guts if he were on fire.
