    I love the one about raising the age to 21 before you can carry one. The whack job in Conn would have had to wait a whole year to kill. Oh wait I forgot. He was mentally disturbed and used his dead mothers guns to kill. No wait time involved.

    If she were not dead she would or should be held responsible for letting a child take an unsecured gun from her house. she was an un-responsible gun owner. her negligence caused this shooting

    Her negligence didnt cause the shooting.......but did allow him access to a tool in which he used to kill her and everone else.......this crazys mind was made up. He was going to kill people that day.....if there was no guns heda used a car, a bomb a semi truck, a hammer..... Problems not fixed. You cant legislate responsibility.
