Here is the full text of frankensteins proposed AWB. Mini-14s and Mini-30s are specifically exempted. It doesn't address lawfully owned parts (grips, stocks, forward grips, etc.) at the time of enactment. So what happens if you have a pistol grip lying around?
Apparently, "high capacity magazines" owned on the day that our constitutional rights are forfeited are grandfathered and can be sold.

Oh... and someone (MrPerfect??) wondered about a 10/22 having a threaded bbl. Ruger 10/22 is also specifically exempted.

It is highly relevant that [}:)] frankenstein and the firearm abolitionists have been compiling this bill for years and to be sure, it has been run thru an extensive team of attorneys as well.
