NYS and Suffolk County

Maybe you all have gone over this. Sorry if you did.. BUT here goes,
can someone tell me what states except a concealed carry permit from NYS? and also, I heard that if you have a concealed "business" carry permit issued in Suffolk County, that you are able to carry in more states then if you were issued a carry permit from any other county in the state... True or false?

    business has nothing to do with it. In NY I beleive if you have a NYC permit or suffolk county you can do anywhere in the state, vs I have a permit from upstate ny and have stay away from the city as i am not allowed. basically has to be issued in NYC in order to carry in NYC.

    Now I am taking a class this saturday which gives me a UTAH CCW, that lets you carry in 38 states, might be something to think about as UTAH I beleive covers Penn.
