    im proud of this as my county is one. But its unclear if they will not enforce the law or not yet. It does little in repealing the act as of right now.

    WOW - even Albany County has proposed to ban the Safe Act !

    Cuomo's head has to be spinning and wondering how he got into this mess !

    All hope of future politics have gone in the crap house for him..[:)]

    well considering that half of the state is in the City and that doesnt count suburban NYC. Ultimately there are some other through out that agree with it, so that number probably is not to far from reality.

    I wonder in that number if that is county people that agree with parts of it and not all of it. I hate the new law but there are things in there that I do not mind.

    Sullivan County full legislature will be meeting to discuss and vote on resolution to repeal New York Safe Act of 2013 at Monticello Government Center at 2pm on March 21st.

    Sullivan County New York has voted to repeal the NY Safe Act of 2013 this afternoon.Thank you Oath Keepers and all that showed up in defense of the "Bill of Rights." Come on you folks in Tompkins County,the whole country is watching you.Stop kicking the can back and forth between the Legislature and Public Safety.Speak up you folks in Tompkins County.It's now or never.

    Tompkins County New York will probably have the distinction of being the only upstate county voting to support the NY Safe Act.They voted Tuesday night to support the NY Safe Act in spite of a lot of opposition to it.Lot I could say here except would not matter.Vote was 12 to 3 to support Safe Act.Legislative board consist of 12 Dummycrats and 3 Republicans.

    Not much I can say except Those 12 should TARRED, FEATHERED AND BEAT WITH A RBBER HOSE.....THEN SENT TO NORTH KOREA !

    as a native of Long Island, now NY ex-pat, I hope you guys get something done about the ridiculous, knee-jerk laws that have been implemented
