I made the mistake of purchasing a Tower Flintlock Pistol from a guy in New Jersey via GunBroker. I make Flintlock Muskets and have been shipping and buying these firearms without the need of an FFL dealer for years......until today! I now need to go through an FFL dealer to purchase this pistol since the owner is in NJ. I had no idea any State had such restrictions on Black Powder Guns. I was told by a NJ State policeman this even applied to BB guns and pellet guns! God Bless New Jersey for saving the rest of the Country from BB gun Bandits![:(!][xx(]
