A single mom from Pennsylvania was stopped by a cop on the road. She has a carry permit from Pennsylvania and the gun was in her purse, loaded, and on the back seat. I'm not sure if the cop asked her of if she volunteered the information, but she told him there was a gun in the car. He arrested her for illegal possession, and having hollow point bullets in her possession. An over zealous prosecutor is going to try her on the charges. She qualifies for PTI but the judge and prosecutor will have none of it and insist on a trial in court. Not only are our gun laws draconian, those who enforce them are like Hitler.
