    The EO only changes rules for those FFLs and Gunsmiths that make Defense articles. If you don't work under contract or subcontract for the DOD, it does not apply to you.

    Some time ago I was informed a manufacturers' licence was required for producing anything other than grips.
    modifying parts required a gunsmith licence.
    Someone got in a bunch of trouble making moulds.
    Tell me some or all is untrue.
