Pro-Constitution / 2nd Amendment speech

I am active military and will soon speak to the graduating class of an Army leadership school. I want to speak on a Constitution and Pro-Second Amendment theme. Can anyone recommend a source of such speeches or similiar material in an easy to adapt to a speech format? Our young soldiers don't hear nearly enough of this subject. Thanks!
