Future gun bans

I read somewere that our Goverment was looking into banning the importation of some assault rifles that were reconfigured for hunting and sporting use such as the Russian Saiga rifles wich are AK47 rifles with minor modifacations to make them more suited for hunting rifles. Anyone else know anything about this?

    I haven't heard of anything like that, but nothing the government would do would suprise me. That's sad, isn't it?
