    I think the WalMart in CA quit selling handgun ammo quite some time ago. In fact, when I went to buy some .22 LR, they wanted to know if it was for a rifle or hand gun. I asked the clerk why she wanted to know and she said she couldn't sell it to me if it was for a hand gun. As far as I'm concerned, WalMart already stinks when it comes to guns and ammo. They usually have people working the gun desk that don't know what end of a rifle the bullets come out of.
