Reports coming in about gun confiscations in MD.

I started seeing reports come in today that should concern all gun-owners. Nothing has yet been confirmed as these reports are brand new. Please add what you know so we can keep an eye on this.

Again, as I mentioned at the start of this post, confirmation of the details are not yet in and I strongly believe this is something for us to keep on eye on. My concerns are:

1. Is the ATF using intimidation tactics?

2. If so, what is the legal status of them?

3. Are weapons being confiscated or requested for testing?

4. What is the legal status of the creation of such (a) database(s)?

5. Are the weapons being returned?

I've said it before and I'll say it again...

Registration leads to confiscation.

Those records are supposed to be destroyed after the purchase is made, legally, and it doesn't appear to me as though they were. Someone's in violation of the law, here.
