Illinois Ban on the new S&W 500

I have just received an article relating to the attempt of the Rep Danny Davis a Democrat from the state of Illinois and the Illinois State House Majority Leader Barbara Flynn Currie indicating that they intend to come out with a bill that will ban the sale of the gun in the state. She is indicating that it is a "military style assault weapon and should be banned She also indicated that no one would use this weapon for hunting only to kill people.     Gosh, better order one now! Actually big bore handguns have long been referred to as handcannons. The 50 caliber has long been the target of the new governor, but he is tempering his antigun status in hopes of being a presidential candidate.
