More Mess In Missouri

I am one of the "fortunate" individuals who live in Jackson County where the Sheriff, Phillips (up for reelection in August...) will not issue permits. In addition, although many of us will go the Florida route, now the Sheriff is refusing to do the finger print cards that come with the Florida application..........and now Missouri is making anyone who got/gets a permit, to get a new drivers license. The license will have some designation in one corner that the person has a permit.

In the meantime, state and local governments continue to create these laws and we are all persecuted by them. By the time somebody gets a lawyer to challenge these laws in court they have already been in affect for years. And we've all seen how the courts respond, they could care less about overturning a gun law. Even if the courts did over turn them, we are now seeing local officials who defy state law and get away unpunished (example: Gavin Newsom issuing marriage licenses to gays in SF, in direct violation of state law).
So we all sit back and get screwed. The question is how close are we to the breaking point? Or will we all just become sheep and and in a couple of generations nobody will own firearms, and they will be none the wiser either.
These are dark times.

Isn't it all unconstitutional?
GOOD point WW.
NOTPARS, sounds like he is making up the law as he goes. Hope someone challenges him soon.
