Brady Bill Expiration?

Is it true that the Brady Bill will expire along with the semi-auto "assault weapon" ban?

Also, does the hi-capacity magazine ban expire this year too? Will I be able to buy new hi-capacity magazines after September 13?

    I doubt that the Brady Bill will ever,unfortunately, be repealed. And no, it will not "sunset" with the AWB. They are two separate things.

    Brady Bill will expire when the last remaining Americans get tired of it....
