How will the awb sunset affect California ?

I am wondering how the "A.W.B" will affect the peoples republic.
Will there be a lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of the ban, once the '94 ban sunsets? more specifically will someone ask for an injunction on the state from enforcing the ban?

I don't think Kalifornia will affected by the Fed AWB sunset at all.

As far as your rights go... You can decide which one of Dianne Swinesteine's "approved" guns you can own, and after how much paperwork and how many pricy licenses.

A friend will post your bail. A good friend will be sitting next to you in the cell saying, "man that was fun!"
The gene pool needs chlorine.
Think of it as a relocation of troops. That would be great (wishful thinking), to have all the non-connected gun owners move to other states, leaving defenseless liberals to see just how good their policies really are.
I'd rather have those who would fight here with us, and let the rest of the country see how great gun kontrol really is, because they aren't listening to Australia and the UK, or DC, for that matter.

Remember how many seats were lost after AWB passage? Vae victis!
Those who would offer any interpretation that would relegate Amendment II to "relic" status of a bygone era are blatantly stating that the remainder of the Bill of Rights isn't worth a damn, either.

I feel there is no hope for California. I can only encourage my remaining family to leave the state as soon as they are able (at least the ones who haven't bought into the liberal brainwashing).
The liberals continue to "socialize" the state while Mexican nationals increase their population and power in the state. They are claiming more and more rights, such as valid driver's licenses and even the right to VOTE (these are non-citizens that are in this country illegally!).
I see that the liberals are disarming the population of California and are trying to "sensitize" the population towards "multiculturalism". This is going to lead to a hostile takeover by the majority hispanic population, and they will find little resistance from the disarmed public (both literally and mentally). The liberals will probably embrace Mexican rule while being subjugated to the violent and corrupt style of government that we repeatedly see in Latin America.
This same mentality is why liberals cannot fight terrorists. They are too concerned with embracing the enemy that would rather cut their throat. Michael Savage is right, liberalism is a mental disorder. Liberals have lost all sense of self-preservation. They truly believe that they are leading society to a "greater good" that they would gladly trade their life for. What they don't see is that this will only allow the unenlightened and uncivilized masses of the world to more easily take over our society. It is the ultimate "Helsinki Syndrome". Every liberal loves to perceive themself as a victim and a martyr, and they try to do whatever they can to allow themselves to be victimized so that they can perpetuate their victimization and self-martyrdom.
These are the true "sheeple". Just like lambs to the slaughter, too blinded by their own dillusion of grandeur.
Sorry for getting off topic.
