Has any of you ever had a person want to buy a gun from you who you think might use the weapon illegally? What can you do?

Just refuse to make the sale; you are not required to do business with anyone. Had this happen at my store several years ago and even made a call to the police chief in the town where the individual lived. Good move on my part as this person had a serious mental problem and did intend to do physical harm to another person.
