That's kinda what I was thinking, Pickenup. Off the top of my head I can name Chuck Heston (obviously), Tom Selleck, Tom Clancy, Ted Nuget, and I know there are quite a few country music stars too. I would be curious if anybody can list more pro-gun celebrities.

I know Pat Sajak is a Republican, but I don't know his position on guns.

BTW, 65gto389, I'm pretty sure these lists came from the NRA-ILA, as I have seen them on their website before. Not sure if you were aware of that or not. For future reference, it might be easier to just post a link to the info, rather than eat up all this space in the forum.

Actually not that surprising that Jessica Simpson is pro-gun. She is from Texas, where gun ownership is fairly mainstream. People who grow up in a culture where RESPONSIBLE gun ownership is considered normal, generally do not foam at the mouth at the mention of guns, even if they do not personally enjoy shooting. If you have personal experience with guns in a responsible setting you are less likley to have an unreasonable fear of them, than if your entire knowledge of them comes from news stories involving gang bangers killing each other, or kids accidently shooting themselves because their parents did not properly store their fireams and/or teach their children to have a healthy respect for firearms at a young age.

Na there is loads of types of guns we can own.
50. bmg as long as it is not semi.
Carbines, we got mp5's they look a bit strange with the extended bbl to make it uk legal.
We got loads of hybrid ar15s most of which have either export only or le markings on the lower same with beta c-mags here.
We got saigs semi shotguns and we have usas 15 12 gauge with 20 rd drum mags or 10 rd sticks, ive seen a oss m1 carbine fully silenced.
Silencers are on license at the moment but there is talk of them being classed as a non-firearm as they help reduce noise pollution.
We just carnt buy the fun stuff or guns which are attractive to criminals, but there again since handguns were banned within 3 years crime went up by 40% now it is up by 80%, a 12 year old girl was shot in the head for her mobile phone something that has never happend, belive me when they say if you take guns away from citizens only the criminals will have them this is true to the word it has been proven over here, however here you cannot use a firearm to defend your home or safety unless your life is in serious danger but by then it is a bit too late.
If you want to own a firearm you have to give the police a dam good reason as to why you want one and or any other firearms you buy.

Thank's for the warm welcome, i have been buying stuff on gb for just over a year now i just wish i looked at the forum earlier as there is loads of information which is increasing my knowledge on firearms.
I spend hours browsing throgh the auctions looking at stuff i wish i could buy, ramend and ammotogo are the sellers i look at the most i would love to buy some of that shotgun flame thrower ammo of him.
There is one minor problem for me on gb it is hard to find sellers on here that ship to england so most of my buying is done on "bay bha i even hate writing that name but whenever i find a seller that has the item i want and is willing to ship i buy it from here regardles of price difference.
The walther is very good to shoot when i first got it i had no sling so i had a go without it and i just mist the bull by 1 cm.
The ge-mini guns i belive the pic came from knob creek but i cannot remember i got one of there videos, one day i will have to visit the u.s and have a go on these types of guns, i will have to get recomendations as to which state to visit and places to go.
Anyway i look forward to talking to everyone in the forum.

Nick357, You definetly have to go to Knob Creek sometime in your life. It is just incredible to stand behind the firing line and feel all of those guns going off, let alone the night shoot!
