    Good luck with that, doc.

    All the background checks, restrictions, bans and taxes on firearms won't solve the problem when the black market extends outside those parameters, and will not cooperate with authorities, due to its nature.

    But I will give the Dr. credit... it was not a viktim disarmament rant, and that's good.
