    You can own it unless you're a felon, druggie, fugitive etc. Some states and cities may have outlawed possession of most or all firearms.

    Sometimes gun makers want to give you the illusion that the sales are restricted. That's only a marketing gimmic. This shotgun has a 18 inch(plus)barrel and is nothing special.
