Kentucky: By law, anyone who has been drinking is "sober" until he or she"cannot hold onto the ground.
Arkansas A man can legally beat his wife, but not more than once a month.
The Arkansas legislature passed a law that states that the Arkansas River can rise no higher than to the Main Street bridge in Little Rock.
So you see if Clinton were still in office, the NOLA disaster could never of happened. It would be illegal. Levity folks, a little levity please.[:o)]
Kalifornia: It is illegal to set a mousetrap without a hunting license.
