    So this guy is arguing that they can't make a law that is "retroactive" to take away a right. Good luck.

    They got away with it, with the misdemeanor crime of domestic violence. Since they have gotten away with it before, they will continue to make these UN-constitutional laws, just the same as passing more UN-constitutional gun laws. As long as we allow it.
