    As far as I know, the launcher isn't the big problem... the grenades for it are. Each one of them having a $200.00 tax stamp assessed to them.

    I could be wrong, but it would be a much more effective way to keep necessary arms out of the hands of the militia, who could desperately need them one day.

    I think that as long as you are outside Washoe, Clark, and Carson City, then you can pretty much do whatever you want. [;)]
