Ok random question, just to make sure Im not wrong...With a carry permit, is it wrong or illegal to carry openly into a gas station that has NO sign stating that weapons cannot be carried there?

    This is my non-legal advice:

    1. Theoretically, you should be fine, but this theory covers only federal law. State or local laws may forbid this type of carry.
    2. The owner can still ask you to leave. He has that right.
    3. Even if the owner says nothing, you will undoubtedly be harassed by some good for jack $#!t patron in the store.
    4. You are still better off keeping it hidden. In the event of a surprise robbery, you will get shot if the robber sees you are armed.

In Oklahoma...the CCW laws do not allow for open carry. ANY citizen noticing your weapon and complaining to the Police makes you subject to arrest...and they WILL remove your "Right To Carry"..as the defenders of CCW's like to misname it.
