Purchasing a Handgun in Nevada (clark county)

Can anyone tell me what the legal age in Nevada (Clark County - Las Vegas) is to buy a handgun? Im looking here on Gunbroker and many sellers/dealers require the buyer to be 21 to purchase (and a drivers license... I thought any state issued ID would work). I looked on BradyCampaign.com and NRAILA.com regarding the laws and only see that you cannot purchase handguns (or any firearm) under 18 years of age. Is it just a state law that they must sell to someone 21 or older, even if they're out-of-state?

Yes, it's a state law...and in most states you can purchase a handgun from a private individual at 18 years of age. A dealer cannot sell you a handgun until you are 21.

You usually have to be a resident of the state to buy from a dealer in that state.
