"investigators found at least two items that are "explosive in nature"..." - a black powder?!..
They will make terrorists from them now - 70 years old gun dealers...

    Materials that COULD be used to make a bomb?

    God forbid anybody would be in possession of ammonia or moth balls. Guess everybody's grandma really IS a terrorist...

    And something else that bothers me... Molotov cocktails are considered "destructive devices" under the NFA. What if you have mason jars, and have some full gas cans in your garage? Are you then in possession of "destructive device" making materials? Or if they raid your house (with a warrant that needs justification... any justification) and find a filled kerosine lantern, would they count that as a molotov cocktail? Hmmm... maybe I shouldn't give them any more ideas.
