SKS question

I have a replacement tapco stock for my sks

up here in PA would it be legal if I took the collapsable stock off, it's only held on by to screws...I think it'l look neat

    Depends what variant you have. Not enough info! But you have posted it in the right place, on ask the experts. I know all the laws on the SKS, but will not go into them on this forum.
