Looks to be a pretty direct answer to the OP in my eyes.[;)]

Here all along, the NRA said that THEY were the group that was defending "your" Second Amendment Rights and lo and behold, here is info about someone else who may actually support Amendment II as written.

What is your average NRA zombie to do with such disturbing stuff?

Answer: Denigrate the GOA as being "small" and "ineffective", while touting the NRA as the only "real" game in town, thus continuing the mindless and ill-informed support for the "big dog on the block", AKA the NRA, a gun-control supporting organization.

And so the dance continues....
