I admire your ability to use words like a rapier ..puncturing bloated egos and stuffed shirts alike with the skill of a master swordsman ..the victim often not even aware that he is down and out till thirty moments after the fatal stroke..
Whereas I tend to have gore spattered on the ceilings, walls, and standing ankle deep in it.messy, what ?

The fact is that the purpose of the Second Amendment was for the people to defend themselves from ALL ENEMIES FORIEGN AND DOMESTIC. That being said it would stand to reason that the people have the right to posses ANY type of weapon that ANY enemy foriegn or domestic may use against us.
Pretty simple to me.
The 2nd says everyone has the right to bear arms.
But not everyone has to bear arms.
So if you don't want to,don't,if you do NO ONE HAS THE RIGHT TO STOP YOU!!!
End of story.

Sure, except that I doubt that we would be able to afford RK, Pecheneg or MG3 Machineguns or new versions of RPG 7 and new ammo to them or a Stinger missiles. Gotta be able to get those helicopters, ya know:-). I do believe that people who are NOT criminals should be able to have any weapons. Semi or Full auto. 40mm GLs, and up to 20mm guns.

Fine, high sounding words.
Today, brushing past your soon-to-be wife as you load out your stuff gains you a protective order slapped on your butt...and deprivation of your firearms.
Pretty soon, EVERY body is a 'criminal' to the government...or at least...anybody deamed to be the slightest danger to that government is......
Felony thing SHOULD absolutely have quaifications - everything else does...There is a HUGE difference between felonious assault/drug trafficing etc. and white collar crimes. I am NOT condoning whitecollar crime here...I am saying that someone guilty of tax issues or some such thing is not a violent offender. The violent offender should be the target.
1) For legal US citizens, what part of "shall not be infringed" is confusing?

Up to what caliber applied to 'bearing arms'? Can we keep and bear a FGM148 "Javelin", 127mm guided shoulder launched missile? This may be a major issue.

Yep.
Gov't keeps criminalizing many actions which should be left private.
Continual malum prohibitum criminalization.
Classic malum en se -vs- malum prohibitum crimes, which means those things which are evil/bad in and of themselves (malum en se) and those things which are deemed bad/wrong simply because the legislature says so (malum prohibitum).
Gov't keeps pushing for mental health treatment (aka counseling) in all levels of society, then prescribing drugs for depression and Ritalin for kids in school.
Gov't keeps creating and/or recognizing new mental health diagnosis such as ADD, ADDHD, Bi-Polar, Depression, Post-Traumatic Stress and on and on and on....
All the while new regulations on who shall be restricted from the keeping and bearing of arms, based on mental health issues are being foisted on us.
#1 hell no. totally against it. when our founding father wrote wrote the bor they had state of the art weaponry. had they known what would be available in the future they would have written lazer rifles in the 2nd amendment. and the law-abiding citizen is no more likely to commit a crime with an m60 then with a butter knife
#2 no. regestry leads to confiscation. and its none of the feds buisness what anyone has in their closet.
#3 no. the right to keep and BARE arms shall not be infringed. what part of that dont they understand?
#4no way. your spending habbits are up to you. what ever you can afford.
#5 same as #1
#6no. if the criminal justice system worked like it was ment to and criminals didnt have more rights then we do, there wouldnt be any violent criminals on the streets. they would either be dead or in some kind of hard labor camp. earning their 3 meals and medical care. instead of a drain on society.
#7 again same as #1
#8 no. i dont "need" one or afford to feed it. but is the average law-abiding citizen could and wanted one, why not?
#9there is no loophole. is as it should be.
1) The "Assault Weapons" Ban - Take them from me if you dare
2) Gun Registration - No f'ing way
3) Conceal Carry Laws - Right to carry - 'nuff said
4) Limits on the amount of guns you can purchase within a set period of time - Bite me, only makes me want to buy more
5) Machine Gun Laws - We should all be able to own them
6) Restrictions on ownership (felons, wife-beaters, ect.) - If you beat your wife/children your wife should shoot YOU, felonious scum-bag realeased from prison? - you have no rights anymore (well, true criminals, not some of the trumped up stuff that I'm sure will be invented to turn all gun enthusiast into felons)
7) Misc Laws (silencers, short barrel rifles, ect) Have no effect on crime, should be legal for me to own or create them
8) .50 cal ban - I want one, and should be able to own one without political interference
9) The Gun Show "Loophole" ie: No background checks for private sales at gun shows - unsure of the actual "loophole" as dealers have to do insta-check anyway, private sellers (think peer-to-peer) have bever been subject to such, how are you going make that happen at a gun show when you don't have to do it to buy one at a lawn sale? To much bureaucratic intrusions to be practical for non-ffl related interpersonal sales. I would suggest caution, though..........
1)Totally against the AWB. AR-15s are no more deadly than my car in the wrong hands.
2)We don't really register alcohol or cigarette purchases, both of which contribute to far more deaths than guns, so get rid of gun reg.
3)A Godsend. I carry everywhere I go.
4)Stupid, stupid, stupid.
5) If a criminal wants to kill you chances are he wouldn't use a machine gun.(P.S. Criminals don't obey laws)
6)No violent felons, sex offenders, or idiots should be allowed to own guns.
7)Silencers don't make a gun more deadly......
8)Not any more lethal than a .458 or .460.
9)Guns show sales account for .7% of guns used in crime.
