If renecked means full length resized and primered means new primers are installed I think thats a good price. I wouldn't do it for that plus clean and furnish the brass.

I would say good price. That's twelve cents each. A primer is three, so just the cleaned ready to load brass is really $.09 each. LC is good brass usually, as well.
