Hello, I am considering a custom rifle in .375/284 but I cant find any load data or dies for reloading. Does anyone have any info on this cartridge and/or any load data info? I dont want a 375 Ruger or H&H due to recoil etc. Thanks for your time.

The dies are easy. Simply pick one of the manufacturers and send them the print for the reamer and they will produce dies for you. Midway lists the dies under the 'obsolete' section in their die list. They show RCBS as the maker and a 90+ day wait for the order. You can order direct from any of the manufacturers though.
When you order your chamber reamer, a 're-sizer die' reamer can be ordered at the same time which can be used by your gunsmith to make you a sizing die. These are less expensive than the original chamber reamers. Dave Kiff odes these is a set with the reamer a die blank.
You can also look into Type-S Bushing dies, etc., etc.
You will find small dribs and drabs of data in unusual places on the internet. It just takes judicious looking.
Starting with the ubiquitous 270 grain hunting style bullets, you should be able to get about 2400 FPS using a double base powder and a 24" barrel. Single base powders will perform less admirably, usually around 2300 FPS. Both powder types are in the fast range.
Alternatives include the older .375 Whelen ('06 case) and the newer, more advanced .375 Noveske which uses the WSM case. This case can be loaded normally with a fast powder and will achieve 2600 FPS approximately. This velocity can be subdued down to a mild level of performance (2250 FPS) by simply switching to Hodgdon 100V powder.
You have a long way to go and lots of decisions to make first so give everything some thought and then ask some more questions.
Best.
