Dillon 550 hang up

Got a Dillon 550 (kind of; my friend bought it and stores it at his place but I mainly put it together and run it for us).
It works great with one small cavil: the indexing star tightens up after every 4 or 5 clicks, slowing down the process. I've taken it out and cleaned it, lubed it, tried it tight, loose, everything I can think of.
This is a recent development: for the first couple hundred rounds through it, it worked flawlessly but now binds up every chance it gets it seems.
The linkage and ram work great as does everything else; it's just the indexing plate.
What's the problem?

Thanks guys.
I've only assembled it once and forgot about that screw on the ram itself.
Got it.
Thanks guys.

Once is all a Dillon needs,

I thought I did pretty good for never having put together something that complex and involved before, but I guess there's just no pleasing some people.
