Loading factory primed brass.

I just came upon some new factory primed brass.

Other than not depriming the brass, are there any other differences in loading factory primed brass? Does it need to be full length resized, etc.

Maybe it needs sizes depends on weather it fits gun and holds on to bullet. Champher the case mouth. How old is it? I never liked factory primed brass, poor storage conditions comparied to primers alone.
