What is the best thing to clean the ram on my 1974 RCBS Press? Getting a little sticky after almost 40 years. Thanks for any and all suggestions!

That's what I have done with mine in the past if they start getting gummy.

Both of these products sound great! I have no idea where to buy either! Any outlets that you are aware of? Thanks!
Another good one is plain old simple green and water (for cleaning), This also works well (If you have compressed air to dry everything immediately after rinsing with water.)
Kroil will both clean and lube.
I love that stuff. I use for my presses and a million other things.
I dry and clean with a rag & then I lube it with a thin rub of 20W or 30W oil.
