I still have about 1,000 of these. They are very HARD to seat!

Standard large rifle primers. Why would they be hard to seat?
I hope you're not trying to stuff them in pistol cases !

What case/cartridge are you trying to seat them in? Does you brass have crimped primer pockets?

OK, today is a cold rainy day good to be in the reloading room so I took out my micrometer and measured a few each of 15 different large rifle primers--standard, magnum, and bench rest. The largest are the 8 1/2-120 @ .2114; nearest to that are Wolf LR @ .2109 followed by CCI 200 @ .2108. Smallest are Rem 9 1/2 @ .2099. Next up are current production Win. WLR @ .2101 and WLRM @ .2102. With a difference of .0013 between the old 8 1/2-120 and the WLR it's no wonder they seat hard!
