Redding Form & Trim Dies

Are these really for forming or does it really mean that they size the case?
Saw one for 44 Mag. I suppose it could be done but I don't know what the parent case would be. I know a few cartridges can be sized with a single die from RCBS but most take 2 or 3 dies with the 3rd one also being a form & Trim die. Some need fire forming, reaming &/neck turning.

hope it helps.
Just listing the form and trim dies in an auction is a bit misleading if multiple dies are needed for forming without mentioning additional dies are needed. However, a form & trim die would perfect is you only want to trim cases.
How so??? If I list a loading press for sale do I have to mention that you will also need shell holders, dies, powder scale, etc, etc ??
I have a couple of them and that's all they do.
It should read "REFORM AND TRIM TO LENGTH" die [;)]
Totally agree.
