Some of these powders have me wondering

It is common knowledge that WW 231 and HP38 are the same powder, different label.

I wonder about H335 and Alliant Varmint powder. They have very close charge recommendations and sure look the same in a teaspoon.

H335 is supposed to be the same as WC844. I have never tried the Alliant Varmint powder. Have you done any side by side comparisons?

I had 5 pounds of varmint but it is all gone now. I have 2 pounds of H335 and no WC844 to compare it to. Maybe I can get some WC844 and compare.

Win 296 and H110 are supposedly the same powder also. The reloading data is the same from various sources. I have also read that Win231 and HP38 are the same powders, again the reloading data from various sources indicates this is true.

All of them are good choices.[:)]
