This ammo is loaded with sintered copper, mixed with plastic, bullets. These bullets work grate in 9mm. I've shot a bunch.
Sucks in a AR, chambered in 7.62 X 39. Bullet weigh 90 grains and have a muzzle velocity of 2810. According to data on package. 20 rounds frose up the bolt, in the BCD. Leaves a thick grayash residue, that is not easy to remove.
I guess as the bullet passes, the gas port in the barrel. It strips some of the copper/plastic off the bullet. And blows it down the gas tube. Causing the build-up, on the bolt.
