40/65 winchester lever loads

I would like to try a few loads with the IMR Trailboss powder.I will be shooting a 245 grain cast FN no gas checks on any. And also a 260 grain cast FN. The question is what grains of Trailboss for each load would make a mild fun load. I have a number of loads that work well but all require wad or filler. Thanks for any info.

I'm not familiar with IMR Trailboss. a friend of my had an 1886 40-65 that we'd shoot with cast bullets, but we used 4759 & 4198.
