Wilson case gauge

So I just bought this:
http://www.lockstock.com/prodinfo.asp?number=WCG243

It will be here in a few days. My problem is that the 243 is a 'regular case gauge' and i wonder what the differnce is with some calibers having 'adjustable case gauge'?

Also, how do you seperate with terminology this:
http://www.outdoorsuperstore.com/store/products/productDisplay~manufacturer~LEE+PRECISION~model~CASE+LENGTH+GAUGE+(PILOT)++and++SHELL+HOLDER.htm
...and this:
http://www.wholesalehunter.net/mfgs/Stoney-Point_2.html
...from the previously mentioned Wilson product?

I had to drive to three stores today because two of them had no clue what I was talking about on the phone when I said "stainless steel case gauge". Dillon was out of them becasue they no longer varry them in 243, but the other two shops had no clue and eventually said, "oh ya, I know what you mean. ya we had that." Then I get there and one shop had the Lee product for trimming and the other had the OAL stuff for whatever that is for.

ANyways, I had a long day driving long distances with zero end results until I ordered it from Lock Stock on the internet. So I just needed to blow off some steam. :D

    Give Sinclair a call. They carry a good stock of L.E. Wilson products including case gages. 1-800-717-8211. Get a copy of their catalog while your on the phone. If you are a handloader it will make your mouth water. I didn't know that Dewey made adjustable case gages but Wilson does, they are for belted cases. Allows you to adjust not just the belt(where belted cases headspace) but also allows you to adjust to the shoulder which will make the belted case last longer. Thus adjustable.

    The top item is a case gage.
    The middle is a case trimmer
    The bottom is a case
