Anyone on here have any good 357 or 38 loads they use?

Using Win primers and H110.
158gr JSP's

Guns will be a S&W 86 series(586,686)

Not looking for max loads, just trying to build an inventory.
Half of the lives they tell about me aren't true.

    A check of my Lyman, Speer and Lee books shows a range of 13.5 (with nothing less recommended) to 17.7. (Max. in one, over max. in another)
    Personal favorite of mine with H110 uses 19 grains and a 140 grain jacketed. Got that load from some of Wiley Capp's writing. The 140 grains have always given me excellent accuracy in both my K-38 and 686.

    I realize that you want to use H110 but as it isn't one of my favorite powders I will suggest Alliant Unique or Hodgdon Titegroup. I have used Unique for years and years and it shoots great.

    I was thinking of picking up some Unique and Hodgdon Clay's sometime. Both will load in my 40. I Have a whole bottle of H110 from when I bought that when I loaded 44mag.

    The only problem with Unique is that it can be a pain to meter through your powder measure. It is fairly sensitive to weather changes. Many people don't worry about it but I like my loads to be precise. Titegroup meters very well and can be used in just about all low to midrange pistol loads. I know lots of people that use Clays or Universal Clays for pistol but I have only used them in loading shotgun.

    357 Load

    14.0 grains of Alliant 2400
    CCI 550 Small Pistol Magnum Primer
    Speer 158 gr Jacketed Soft Point
    Any Brand Case (as long as they are all the same)

    Shoots very accurate! I told a friend and he has shot several whitetailed deer with this load. This is one of my all-time favorite loads.

    Always recheck info with a loading manual! Good Luck!
